You must be qualified first home buyer looking to purchase a home and land package up to $750,000. A 5% deposit is required to be paid upfront towards the land and building contracts. There are no other lending application fees as this is covered under our offer, as well as no mortgage insurance or repayments throughout the construction. In addition, we will cover up to $1200 towards the cost of your conveyancing.
Upon completion of your home and issuance of the Occupancy Certificate, the loan will be formalised, and your first repayment will come out one month after this date.

With the Jumpstart loan, your 5% deposit DOES NOT have to be genuine savings. What does that mean? Your 5% can be a gift, from the sale of an asset motorbike/car/jet ski etc, as long as we can see this in your account with an explanation as to where it come from, this will satisfy the lenders requirement. This is a point of difference to how a traditional lender would look at your savings.
