New $25,000 HomeBuilder Grant

Take advantage of the NSW Government $25,000 HomeBuilder Grant

The new HomeBuilder Grant stimulus package was recently introduced to provide financial aid for for eligible owner-occupiers (including first home buyers) looking to build or renovate, as a response to the impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic.

The HomeBuilder grant will provide eligible owner-occupiers with a grant of $25,000 to build a new home including building on a vacant block or knock down rebuild. This grant applies to new builds where the contract is signed within 4 June 2020 and 31 December 2020. The construction of the build must also commence within 3 months of the contract date. 

There is a number of criteria that must be met in order to be eligiable for the HomeBuilder grant.
